This order form is for use by accepted account customers only and can only be used with a recognised *Account Number. Orders will normally be dispatched within 24-48 hours, subject to stock availability, the order will be processed where possible on the same day. Invoices will be sent in the normal way, special account discounts, terms and conditions apply.
